Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout

  • Maximum delivery period shall not exceed 30 days, in accordance with EU law

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return results from an error or defect attributable to Breezy Nature.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected, within a reasonable timeframe.
