By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

Order confirmation will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via electronic payment methods, including Stripe.
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
6. Shipping
Breezy Nature ships to all countries within the European Union.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.
In accordance with EU law, where no specific delivery date is agreed, delivery shall take place within a maximum period of 30 days.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, except where statutory exceptions apply.
8. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
This includes aromatic inhalers and other personal-use aromatherapy products once opened.

Breezy Nature shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper, incorrect, or unintended use of the products.
